Wedding at Hotel Palau Macelli
I had the joy of capturing Antonia & Lucas’s beautiful destination wedding in Spain – and it truly felt like magic.
The celebration took place at the stunning Hotel Palau Macelli near Girona, a venue full of Mediterranean charm, historic stone walls, and a romantic garden that instantly enchants everyone who enters.
The outdoor ceremony, held beneath a lemon tree, was filled with emotion and love. It was led by the wonderful Elena from Traufräulein, whose heartfelt words made the moment unforgettable. As the afternoon sun bathed the garden in golden light, the atmosphere became simply perfect for romantic sunset portraits – those timeless moments that feel effortless and full of emotion.
The next day, we took some time for an after-wedding shoot in Cadaqués – a picturesque coastal town with white houses, narrow streets, and breathtaking sea views. It was the perfect ending to this unforgettable wedding weekend in Spain.

Antonia’s wedding dress was an absolute dream – found at Herzbraut in Cologne. The delicate lace bodice, soft floral embroidery, and romantic off-shoulder straps gave the gown a feminine yet modern touch. What made it truly special was the mix of fresh blooms and textured details – loosely tied together with a fine silk ribbon that danced gently in the wind. The bouquet reflected everything this day was about: natural beauty, warmth, and timeless elegance.
