On a warm summer evening, I had the joy of capturing Eva & Laurenz during their maternity photoshoot in the beautiful Wahner Heide. The sun was low, the light golden, and the heather in full bloom – the perfect setting for natural, emotional pregnancy photos.
Wahner Heide is one of my favorite locations for maternity sessions near Cologne and Bonn. Between soft dunes, blooming heather, and open fields, it offers a peaceful, light-filled atmosphere. As the sun sets, every moment feels warm and timeless – the ideal backdrop to capture this very special chapter before a new little life begins.
Eva and Laurenz were wonderfully relaxed and full of anticipation. We laughed, enjoyed the sunset, and created authentic, loving images that reflect what I love most about maternity photography – genuine emotion, connection, and pure love.
